Jordan Traas turned in another commanding performance at the Circuit of the Americas on Friday night, taking the victory from the pole in Round 13 of the ATC Truck Series. Starting from the front in the #79, Traas led 17 of 30 laps in a race that saw three lead changes, enough to keep the field honest but never enough to strip the points leader of his advantage when it mattered most. The win marks Traas's sixth victory of the season and 14th all-time in the ATC Truck Series, extending his grip on the playoff standings with 110 points — a 10-point cushion over second-place Ian Blanchard heading into the next round.

The battle behind Traas was fiercely contested. #74 Ian Blanchard, who started P2 and led 13 laps himself, applied sustained pressure throughout the 30-lap distance but ultimately had to settle for third after #75 Trevor Brownlee came through from his P5 starting spot to claim the runner-up finish. Brownlee's P2 gives him his third points result of the season at this level and moves him to 96 points in the playoff standings, just four back of Blanchard for second in the chase hierarchy. Blanchard holds at 100 points despite surrendering the runner-up position at the line.

The story of the race in terms of raw movement belonged to #62 Riley Bennett, who earned the hard charger honors with an 11-position gain from 17th to 6th. Bennett navigated a field that generated serious contact throughout — not a single driver completed the race without an incident — and came away with a P6 finish that puts him in position to press the top five in points. Meanwhile, #09 Isaiah Fox quietly matched Bennett's energy, advancing five spots from P10 to P5 to round out a strong night. At the other end of the ledger, #51 Zackery King had a night to forget, sliding 12 positions from a P7 starting spot to finish 19th.

With Round 13 now in the books, the playoff picture is tightening in the ATC Truck Series. Jordan Traas's 110 points gives him a meaningful buffer, but Blanchard at 100 and Brownlee at 96 ensure there is nothing clinched and nothing conceded. Bryce Shoemaker sits fourth at 92 points after a P10 finish, and Charles Van Schaick holds fifth at 88 following a fourth-place run on the circuit. With the field racing hard and incident counts running high across all 22 trucks, execution on clean laps will separate the contenders from the pretenders as the season pushes toward its final rounds.
